Cancellation and Refund Policy for Path To Pranic Healing Ltd

1. Cancellation by the Participant

Notice Period

Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 40 days before the scheduled start date of the course.

Refund Policy

  • 40+ Days Before Start Date: Full refund of the course fee.

  • 30-39 Days Before Start Date: 50% of the course fee will be refunded, with a 50% cancellation fee deducted.

  • Less Than 30 Days Before Start Date: No refunds will be provided.

Process

To cancel a course enrollment, participants must submit a cancellation request in writing to info@pathtoph.com. The cancellation date will be the date the request is received by Path To Pranic Healing Ltd.

2. Cancellation by Path To Pranic Healing Ltd

We reserve the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or force majeure events. In such cases:

  • Participants will be notified as soon as possible.

  • Participants will have the option to transfer to another course or receive a full refund.

 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original enrollment.

 

4. Non-attendance

Non-attendance of a course due to illness, personal, professional, or other reasons does not entitle the participant to a refund, extra tuition, or transfer to another course.

 

5. Modifications to Courses

Path To Pranic Healing Ltd reserves the right to modify the course content, instructor, or location at its discretion. Participants will be notified of any such changes.
